Get Prepared
1. Make sure you have filled in all your information through the Octopus Customer Portal

2. Ensure that you have added any necessary notes for the sweeper (Where to move snow to, time constraints, etc)

3. Make sure there is enough space for the technician to move freely around the service area without endangering property or other people.
During the Service
Do: Check your sweepers location for a more accurate ETA

Do: Ask any questions prior to service start
​
Do: Make sure the space is accessible throughout the storm
​
Don't: Enter the work area unless the technician allows
​
Don't: Hesitate to contact HQ with any questions
​
​
After the Service
Once the service is completed, you can expect:
- Serviced area will be accessible
- Cars will be ready to driven down the road (defrosters may need to be used for several minutes prior)
- Accounts Receivable will contact you withing 48 hours to process payments
REPEAT!
Make sure to contact your sweeper to address any changes for your next service. If not, then we'll be back for the next snow storm!
